*** New Fee Policy
In order to provide high quality of care, starting from 1st Jan 2023, a new fee policy will be in place.
For Medicare customers, we bulk bill STANDARD CONSULTATIONS for students, pensioners, or health care card holders.
For international students, we direct bill STANDARD CONSULTATIONS for eligible OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) holders with Allianz, AHM, BUPA (physical or electronic card required), Medibank, nib/iman (physical or electronic card required) and CBHS.
For international visitors, gap payment will apply for all Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) holders’ GP appointments.
Please note, gap payment will apply for all long consultation appointments and procedures.

- If you would like to book a GP appointment online, please book a long appointment for more complex problems: mental health counselling, aviation examination, procedures, TAC or Workcover, referral for mental health care plan, to allied health providers, EPC referral –as per Medicare / insurance requirements under GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement, etc.
