Dr Henry Huayang GUO

Dr Henry Guo is a GP with a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practice, and a DAME (Designated Aviation Medical Examiner) with an Australian Certificate of Aviation Medicine from the Monash University, a Master Degree of Dermatology and Sexual Transmitted Disease, and a PhD Degree in Medicine from the University of QLD. 

He has medical research on vaccine development for viruses like HPV and Hepatitis viruses, teaching and working experiences in different hospitals and Universities, such as the Princess Alexandra Hospital Brisbane, the Prince Charles Hospital Brisbane, the Royal Children Hospital Brisbane, the Royal Brisbane Hospital, the Northern Hospital Melbourne, the Austin Hospital Melbourne, the University of QLD, the University of Melbourne, and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School Boston USA.

He is a GP supervisor for medical students. He leads the placement in the Medical Center, for the medical student of the University of Melbourne, the Nursing Student of the La Trobe University and the Pathology Collecting Student of the Southern Cross Education Institute.

Dr Henry Guo’s special interests include Skin Checks, Skin Cancer, Aviation (pilot) Medicals, Travel Medicine and Vaccination including Q fever and Yellow Fever vaccination.
